You agree to use OrbixPlay solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You shall not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

All rights in the app and its content belong to OrbixPlay LLC or its licensors. You may not use any content from the app without prior written permission.

• OrbixPlay is a platform that allows users to access and view video content. Users must supply their own content, which may include, but is not limited to, personal video playlists.
• You are responsible for all content you upload, transmit, or share through the app. OrbixPlay does not endorse any user-generated content and explicitly disclaims any and all liability in connection with such content.
• You grant OrbixPlay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute any content shared on the app.

• OrbixPlay includes the Orbix Proxy service, which is designed to enhance user privacy. This service does not log user IP addresses or track user activities.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Orbix Proxy service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

OrbixPlay does not guarantee that the app or the Orbix Proxy service will be error-free or uninterrupted. The app and the service are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

OrbixPlay LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app or the Orbix Proxy service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where OrbixPlay LLC is registered.
